KIT WITH ISD-02 INTERFACE TO PROGRAMMING DOORPHONES WITH USE OF THE PC COMPUTER..

Purpose and basic features of the kit.

• ISD-02 interface allows for easy and convenient configuration of digital doorphones CD-2502 and CD-3100 with use of the PC computer.
• It enables to read data directly from an electronic cassette or MLX memory module, which is used to transfer data between the ISD-02 interface and the electronic cassette mounted in the building. Data contain full information about CPU cassette configuration, including its serial number, combination lock codes and electronic key numbers.
• ISD-02 enables to write and read data containing doorphone configuration to a file on the computer disc. This allows the installer to make copies of the configuration files and restore the CPU cassette settings if necessary (e.g., in case of failure of the electronics cassette).
• Using readers in the ISD-02 interface the installer may register electronic keys (touch iButton and proximity RFID ones) in the doorphone cassette. This operation may be done in his office, and then mount fully configured doorphone system in the object.
• The installer may register a set of special keys, designed for estate administrators and caretakers of technical services, etc. This set, which is written in a file, can be copied to other electronic cassettes. This allows the installer to set the appropriate permissions for keys that he does not physically own as they have been previously distributed to users.
• ISD-02 enables to change individual settings for rooms (the number of rings, the tone and volume of calling, the options of door release and combination lock).
• Interface enables to change parameters of the doorphone work (calling options, door release operation, numbering modes, doorphone functions).
• If you change the numbering mode, take place automatic calculation of the logic numbers and corresponding to them physical numbers. This allows the installer to first check whether the selected numbering mode meets his expectations and avoid confusion when programming uniphones.

ISD-02 interface is involved in connecting EC-2502 or EC-3100 electronic cassette to PC computer. It is connected to the computer via the USB port, which is also supplying it. ISD-02 has EC/MLX joint to connect an electronic cassette or MLX memory module, and also touch iButton and proximity RFID key readers.

MLX memory modules enables to write in it configuration of the doorphone installed in the building and to transfer it to the computer, or to transfer configuration file from the computer to the electronic cassette. It has a slot into which you can place EEPROM memory from the electronic cassette and read or write its contents. This allows you, for instance, to recover configuration data from a damaged electronic cassette and copy them to the new one.

ISD-02 program enables to read, edit and record data containing configuration of the CD-2502 or CD-3100 doorphone system. It requires a computer with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Linux systems installed.
